- Wrist Rotation 10 times Clockwise, 10 time Anticlockwise
- Shoulder Rotation 10 times Clockwise, 10 time Anticlockwise
- Bend and Back 10 times
- Arms Rotation 10 times Clockwise, 10 time Anticlockwise
- Sit ups 10 Times
